This clock can be used purely for meditation and relaxation or also to have soothing music playing while you are receiving one of my Attunements. Simply click on the musical note to pick a song that you like, set the clock by clicking and dragging the hand around (normally an Attunement will last 30-45 minutes) and then click the button marked Begin.
